OCTOBER

NOVEMBER

  • Junior High Invitational Dance
  • Christmas Fair – November 20th

DECEMBER

  • 12/2   Tree lighting on West Broad Green at 5:00 p.m.
  • 12/4   Bottle and Can Drive from 9:00 a.m. to noon
  • 12/5   Second Week of Advent Begins
  • 12/6   Bake Sale – Grade 2&6 Faith Partners
  • 12/8   Early Dismissal at 11:25 a.m./NO AFTER SCHOOL & Immaculate Conception Mass at 9:00 a.m
  • 12/10  January Hot Lunch Orders Due, Progress Reports go home & Scholarship Dress Down Day for $1.00
  • 12/12 - Christmas Concert with Christina Holmes at 3:00 p.m. in St. James church – $25 a ticket & Third week of Advent Begins
  • 12/15  Children’s  Christmas Fair/Shop (snow date – 12/16)
  • 12/16   Annual Christmas Show, 7:00 p.m. in the gym – features a Pageant (grades 1&2),  Lessons in Carols (grades 3&4), Recorder Recital (grade 4) and the FMI Christmas concert.
  • 12/17  School performance of the Christmas Show at 9:00 a.m. & Cheerleading Bake Sale at lunch
  • 12/19  Fourth Week of Advent Begins
  • 12/23         Early Dismissal, 11:25 a.m.,  Christmas Prayer Service hosted by Kindergarten, 9:00 a.m.  & Free Red and Green Dress Down Day

 JANUARY

  • Guy’s Night Out (Father/Son) – January 8th
  • Pancake Breakfast – January 16th
  • Coffee & Kindergarten – 8:00 a.m. , January 19th (for prospective K parents)
  • Scholastic Bookfair – January 28th – 31st
  • Open House – January 30th, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & start of Catholic Schools Week
  • Catholic School’s Week Opening Mass & Reception – 9:15 a.m., Sunday, January 30th.
  • Pep Rally – January 14th
  • Basketball Tournament (starts January 15th)
  • Grade 6 Girls Sleep Over – January 21st

FEBRUARY

  • Catholic Schools Week Closing Mass – 9:00 a.m. on February 4th
  • Spring Break, February 21st through February 25th
  • Iowa Testing begins, February 28th

MARCH

  • Lenten Mass Ash Wednesday – March 9th
  • Progress Reports Out – 11th
  • Dodge Ball Tournament – 12th, 9:00 a.m.
  • Pancake Breakfast – 13th, 8:00a.m.  - noon
  • Iowa Testing Period Ends – March 18th
  • Grade 7&8 Girls Sleepover – 18th

    • Living Stations of the Cross – April 8th at 12:30 for the school and 7:30 p.m. for the parish
