We will also collect the tabs from flip top soda cans, which we collect to help folks in need of kidney dialysis. We also will accept Tyson food labels. We receive 25 cents or each label, but we require the entire label.

EMERGENCY FORM: To update your child’s emergency contact information, either e-mail St. James Office or print a copy and send the revised form to school via your child. GYM UNIFORM ORDER : All orders that are sent in will be sent home the following Friday with your child during the school year. Summer orders will have designated pick-up date. PLEASE NOTE THAT MESH SHORTS ARE NOT PART OF THE ST. JAMES GYM UNIFORM AND HAVE BEEN SOLD ONLY AS A PERSONAL CLOTHING ITEM.

SCHOOL-YEAR MILK ORDER FORM  - To purchase Milk for the year costs $12.00. Please make sure to circle your child’s flavor choice on the form and return it with payment. Families who qualify, are entitled to FREE MILK. Please review the attached information.

SUPPLY LIST:  Please note that the Kindergarten a teachers provide their own list of supplies, which will be sent home during the summer.

Stop & Shop A+ Program: Help us earn extra education bucks by registering you card at Stop & Shop.

YEARBOOK – Orders are due March 1st..  Graduates do not need to purchase a yearbook as one is incuded in your graduation fee. You  must order in advance.   We may have a small supply of spare books at the end of the year from overrruns and we will let you know at that time and sell them on a first-come basis.
