Strings Program Information for Grades 2-8

Tuition Reduction Program Information Learn how all families can use the power of gift cards to reduce your tuition!  This program benefits all families who choose to participate.  Click HERE for the updated list/form. Certificates are sold on Fridays from 9:00 a.m. – noon this summer and 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. during the school year.

Volunteer Requirements, including:

  • Volunteering as a Parent at St. James
  • Diocese of Bridgeport Training and Requirements for all Volunteers (over 18 years of age)
  • Bingo Requirements for Each Family
  • *Bingo Forms (please fill out two of each) – These forms are only required once.  If you are a returning parent and have completed these forms in past years, you are all set.

2017-2018 Bus Lists  – These will post just before the start of school and an advisory will go out to all riders.

 

NOTES:

Emergency Contact forms will be provided in September electronically to the email you have on file with us.  This new system will import your information directly into our database and enhance our ability to communicate when emergencies arise.  In the meantime, if you wish to update your emergency contact information from last year or for new families, the contacts provided on your enrollment forms, please send your information via email to: victoria.oligino@sjssct.org

You may purchase Official St. James Assignment Pads in the school office by stopping in or, once school is undersay, you may send in $4.00 in an envelope marked with your child’s name and homeroom number and we will send it up to him/her.
