There are three distinct tuition categories.

Financial Aid: Financial aid is available. Families interested in receiving financial aid must complete an application which is then submitted to the Private School Aid Company(PSA), which evaluates your financial need and provides us with a recommendation. PSA charges a minimal application processing fee.

New Family Registration Fees are as follows:
- $100.00 fee to register (all grades)
- $200 one-time Tuition Deposit (grades K-8), which is credited to tuition.
- $200 0ne-time Family Enrollment Deposit (grades K-8), which, if accounts are current, is refundable upon withdrawal or graduation as per conditions stated in the Tuition Policy.
Tuition Reduction Program: Families may reduce their annual cost of attendance by  participating in our gift card fundraising program. All profits generated by a family or on their behalf by others will reduce the overall amount of tuition. To learn more about how the program works, click the link below:
Payment Program: Tuition is handled centrally through the Diocese of Bridgeport, which uses the SMART tuition management program to process payments. All families are required to complete either on online SMART registration or a paper form and submit it to the school for processing. Actual payment options are detailed in the current tuition schedule.
Re-enrollment: In January of each year, we ask families to make a commitment regarding the next year’s enrollment. There is a re-enrollment contract and a deposit required  in order to guarantee that we hold your child’s seat for the following school year.
Other Cost Factors: St. James works hard to keep cost as affordable as possible and to keep cost increases to a minimal. Please keep in mind that in addtion to the tuition, there are miscelleaneous costs such as uniforms, classroom supplies, field trips and such.  Textbooks books are included in the cost of tuition.
